Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 2hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone:

If your order has not yet been shipped within mention time, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery if eligible (see Return Eligibility below).
We accept returns for the following reasons(only if identified in parcel opening video):
Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Size issues (for select items – exchange or store credit only)
Conditions for Return:
Parcel opening video must be shared within 24hrs of delivery
Video must be unpaused, and in original packaging with all tags attached
Must include the dispute identified in the video
Customized or altered products
Sale or discounted items
In store purchase
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges incurred in returning the parcel are adjusted with next order
No exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
