Refund policy

At Rihyaaz Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 2hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone:

  • If your order has not yet been shipped within mention time, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may request a return after delivery if eligible (see Return Eligibility below).

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons(only if identified in parcel opening video):

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Size issues (only for wrong item sent – exchange or store credit only)

Conditions for Return:

  • Parcel opening video must be shared within 24hrs of delivery

  • Video must be unpaused, and in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Must include the dispute identified in the video

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Pre book/video/whatsapp confirmed purchase

  • Resolution issue, misconception of colour & minor thread pull as it’s usual in handweaved
  • In transit delay.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping charges incurred in returning the parcel are adjusted with next order

5. Exchange Policy

  • No exchange.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Rihyaaz Fashion reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product does not meet our return conditions.
