  • All orders are processed within 8-10business days of confirmation.

  • Handwoven or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, depending on availability and craftsmanship.

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

We ship across India and select international locations through trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your region, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Shipping is 100/kg on most prepaid orders unless stated otherwise.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Rihyaaz Fashions will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or public holidays.
